because I do not understand computers very well (an overstatement) That's never a problem on this thread. A lot that come here for advice don't know much and who does, anyway. We expect that and we all learn something almost every day. It's a win-win situation. About the invalid page faults, copy down the exact error message and let us know what you were doing at the time, and let us know the info posted on the thread header...browser, os etc. We'll give it a shot. About your favs, click on the favorites menu at the top of the page and right-click on any folder and select sort by name. You can sort within each folder the same way by clicking on any favorite.
