Meanwhile fully diluted shares out continues to grow and the company has not hesitated to issue cheap private placement shares in the past thereby assuring the massive loss of shareholder value.

I believe they are public for ONE reason...to RAISE $$. Not to make unknown penny stock neophytes that they don't know rich.

The otcbb is the scumiest place in the world and 98% of those buying them are flushing their money. Much like the dozen stocks you USED to tout that also lost most of their value.
I know your track record. Its lousy. The very fact that you like a stock is reason enough for smart investors to acoid it.

And if thats not enough, read the SEC filings. Read about the HUGE debt. Read about Lenny Rosenberg and his hundred million $ fraud. Lenny has supposedly stepped down here, but his daughter & son in law are both in power positions and they own millions of free shares.
You might look at MY track record too. Not for picking longs (nobody bats 1000 there) but with these scamish like otcbb stocks I am batting 1000. With several dozen I have NEVER ONCE been wrong. With many, the SEC has had to step in to stop the blatent fraud. This stock reminds me very much of those shams.

Ask heybeerman, who supposedly owns this one too. He was touting BYIT at $1.25 last year. Now its 8 cents.
