Gore almost certainly won Florida - and the election - Link
The rural counties that heavily favored Bush used paper ballots that required a subjective decision for every mark on every ballot. Despite these counties having had most votes cast for Bush, the majority of ballots rejected as "spoiled", by the Republican dominated vote counters, were votes for Gore.

sun-sentinel.com;

Dan,

I am seeing more and more information like this coming out of FLA, including a US Commission's interview with Ms. Harris where she tried to side step every question put to her. I think when all is said and down, it will become clear that Gore would have been the winner had the vote been counted accurately and fairly.

Hopefully, the response will be significant voter reform legislature, and the disposal of Bush in 2004.
