The one good thing that will come out of this will happen when Bush is gone. By that time the religious groups will have their hand so deep into the federal wallet that they will be forced to comply with whatever regulations the next administration feels like placing on them. Then when they back out the govt can make them repay the past payments. Then come the civil suits when they try to drop services to escape the regulations. LOL Instant Karma's gonna get you.
