just my opinion but if you watch INCA on the ask,which I have for a few days,it looks as though
it's purpose is to be on what probably is a naked short. I'm by far no expert but the upside here is if the selling is manufactured(fake)then as far as I am concerned this presents a fantastic opportunity to get long before INCA decides to go the bid. This theory works much more to form when your dealing with a company that just raised 01' projected Revs to Double what had been forecast.
