B. Cherry. That weather comment,

sounds less like a forecast and more like maybe it'll be real cold and maybe it won't. Similar to W.S. analysts who can later claim they told you so no matter what the market did(g). To quote from Joe:

"...I am torn here, for what I need for a great verification of the winter forecast we made is a normal to a bit above normal February with one or two more snowfalls in the Northeast. I would also need Florida to be about 10 above average. So my head wants that. But my heart really likes the war the weather is capable of, and looking at it objectively I fear the month and into March is more likely to break cold than warm. But this is all speculation. It's when 3 or 4 things all line up and I assign numbers, like we did a couple of weeks before the rubber band snapped in the Plains that it's a forecast. So if by Feb 15th its bitterly cold, I can't say I told you so, all I can say is that it was discussed extensively so its not a big surprise."

My answer to you is: IF you really are a LT investor who can sit through major corrections with the NG E&Ps and NOT get blown out of your positions when they give back large amounts of their gains? Then, by all means, you SHOULD hold! We are in a secular bull market in NG and as long as we don't get price controls on the commodity, we should see much higher prices in these stocks over the next several years before all time highs are put in.

Only intermediate term traders or short term players should be looking to try for additional profits by moving in and out during the swings on the way up.

JMVVHO of course.

Best
