Looks NT, CIENA types are too much for Cisco to handle in this market. Cisco is probably having too much difficulty in making inroads here.

Obviously, NT is a much better value and still growing.
Ciena, NT, SCMR may be making it too hard for Cisco to crack the optical market.

Maybe too much is being made of the Cisco cautious resulting from economic factors---I am sure it is a part of it but maybe not to the extend they are indicating.
Just my guess.
