If you read Forbes, he writes the column entitles "The Contrarian."

He runs the Dreman Value Funds, which have several billion in assets, and he sticks to a very strict low PE based model. Up until last year (a relative boom year for value managers), his performance had been very poor for a while. In fact, it underperformed poor from the time he sold his firm to Kemper until last year.
