I will give your address to the next group of terrorist victims and you can explain to them that they are perfectly safe and no money should be spent to protect them. Since you do not think anyone would be insane enough to fire a missile at you, we should give a confirmed psycho a button that fires only when you and your family are in your home to a conventional missile aimed straight at your house. You are betting he would not ever push that button. You would lose. He would push it just for the fun of it.
