Hey DLO:

A good up move today but volume was light, no conviction until Fed meets. ISSI big up move today and I unloaded some into the strength.

I think this one will be easy to call: a test of 3000 seems likely and I don't think 3020 will be broken on the first try. But if it is and holds, then that should be our new bottom and away we go. I'm 90% cash now, waiting for Wed. afternoon...
