laodeng - you wrote Fiscal 01 should not be around 90 million, but closer to your 72 million forecast.

Just to make sure I communicated clearly, here are the assumptions I am working with.

>90 million CDMA units sold in calendar 2001
>there is a three month (on average) lead time from ASIC sales to end product sales.
>therefore, we can expect approximately 90 million total ASICs to be "sold" during QCOM's fiscal year. This includes "home-grown" ASICs from NOK and MOT.

So the question is what percent of the total 90 million ASCIs will be QCOM's? 72 million is 80%, which I think could be light by 5%.
