What's your take on Wednesday? It appears as though we will have a tentative rally through the FOMC decision Wednesday, but assuming they lower rates by the widely expected 50 basis points, what happens next? Is Thursday the day to short QQQ or will it continue to rally without interruption? Any comments? John
