Trade accounting software...HELP!

Can anyone recommend a good commercial software package that will import your Cybercorp (and other broker) trades and produce a Schedule D? I am a couple of years behind with this (ouch!) and need to handle about 4000 trades.

I need a program/service that will not screw up gains from short sales (like Quicken/TurboTax) and one that will compute wash sales as well. And most importantly, it needs to import historical trade data as smoothly as possible.

Right now I'm looking at Gainskeeper and Tradelog, but Gainskeeper appears to make you manually import short covering trades (of which I have many) and I don't know if TradeLog can handle wash sales or import short sales that well. I'm still doing research and need more products to compare.

TradeLog is something like $175 and Gainskeeper is around $300 for premium service. I have no problem paying that much for a solution that will let me get caught up with this stuff and produce an accurate Schedule D. I shudder to think how much it would cost to have an accountant do this, so I must find another solution.

Any help is greatly appreciated!
