Need to look at whole purchase price. How they allocate it is often based on different circumstances of parties/countries and tax matter which could be different for parties and in China. SEC thing is also not unusual. Company in registration so SEC being a bureaucrat. This also makes little difference except in perceptions. Look at HADCO's writeoff on ZYCON purchase of R&D. The question is whether they can successfully execute their Plan outlined by Paul K. in previous posts and by Michael Marks in his letter to shareholders. If they can FLEXF IMO could be another JBIL. I've been buying at 19-21 and don't feel bagged and feel confident to buy more when some money comes in at these prices. What do you think Paul?
