Here's a junior worth looking at. WV.V is consistently near the top of the volume list. The chart looks good, they achieved the milestone first lp financing, and expectations are that duplicating it to finance additional facilities will be an easy task.

Lundin says Wavve is a major buy

In the January issue of Gold Newsletter editor Brien Lundin says Wavve (63 cents) is a major buy. Wavve has received a commitment for an estimated $35-million (U.S.) financing from Capital Lease Funding. The deal specifies the formation of a Wavve-controlled limited partnership which will purchase the building housing Wavve's Sacramento II Internet data centre and complete its construction. This is not the multicentre rollout or the multihundred-million-dollar financing many hoped for, but it will open the door to both these scenarios. Wavve is rumoured to be close to a deal with its major, unnamed anchor tenant at Sac II (Qwest Communications says Mr. Lundin). Such a deal would hinge on Wavve's securing a financing to build those centres and the CLF deal appears to allow for whatever financing is necessary. The company seems assured of getting all the money it needs to expand, all it has to do is convince clients it can do what it says. Mr. Lundin firmly believes it can. In the November, 2000, issue, Mr. Lundin said Wavve was a buy at 97 cents
