Que hace la Intendencia de Montevideo?

Como es posible ver tantas montañas de basura en toda la Ciudad?

Focos de infeccion, ratas, enfermedades, etc, etc.

Como permite el Gobierno Nacional que esto pase en Montevideo?

Porque no intervienen el Municipio?
