I've been an investor in the wireless infrastructure business and have seen how wireless communications has grown like wildfire around the world. Wireless data services will do so as well, but the period of most rapid growth is sometime in the future. I'm not sure when but guess it will be in two to four years as the 3G networks and the services they will offer become established. I believe with all my heart that the business potential for INSP is definitely there, even if their international market penetration remains relatively miniscule.

The most blatant giveaway that management is setting the bar unrealistically low is their guidance for 2001 wireless rev's. of $32 mil. The guidance they gave is just an extrapolation of the 4Q revenue figure of $8 mil. on a straight line basis presuming no growth. Their subscriber growth is growing arithmetically by leaps and bounds, not to mention higher margin services they may up-sell to their current carrier clients, the roll-out of wireless services by Virgin, not even considering their new acquired voice recognition technology. No one could take these figures seriously. On the contrary, their wireless revenue will grow substantially each quarter, not remain at the 4Q2000 number.

Whe whole point is that management has set the bar so low that they will trip over it without even trying. Each time they increase revenue and subscriber forecasts, they will look great, beginning with when they release their more detailed financial guidance in a month.

My recommendation is to filter out what Naveen says and focus on the financial numbers. The growth potential is certainly there and we shareholders won't have to wait indefinitely in order to benefit.
