OMG, another LATE filing ! LOL

It just keeps getting funnier !

Poor illkman is busy hyping as usual all over RB.
And tinytina brings up valid points again..
"It's simple, llccman, I don't have any inside information on VALH, so all I can comment on is the public record, which is open to everyone.

If I am a liar, and lying about VALH, you have ample opportunity to point it out. But you guys can't, so you try and divert by talking about VTA instead... LOL.

Is it a lie to say that:

1. VALH has a long history of unsuccessful acquisitions?

2. That investors could at any time receive a knock out dilution blow through the addition of 342 million shares to the outstanding share count?

3. That less than 12 months ago VALH management took 50 million shares in lieu of a management fee of $250K, giving them close to a third of the shares outstanding for a cost of half a penny?

4. That VALh is down 90% from its 12-month high?

5. That VALh shares have a fully diluted book value of a penny a share?

6. That VALh has a mountain of debt?

7. That VALH lost their CFO at NFP after short months on the job, and no one knows why, and he has never been replaced?

8. That no only can Zinner convert his Special Bs at any time but he wont have an additional hold period, if and when he does, and he can sell them immediately?

9. That with close to 530 million fully diluted shares that VALH is probably over valued at $0.09?

10. That millions of dollars of investor dollars have been lost listening to you and pink?

TT "
