Agreed about McMinn's recent comments...even like the way he handled the snippy little TSCM interviewer.

And, if the price action were based on just buyout rumors I don't think the volume would have been this tremendous unless there is a huge leak on the street. This volume spike would be a huge red flag to the SEC if it were bought out in the near/near term.
