One only needs understand the scientific definition of life to know that life begins at conception. Were scientists to discover a conceptus on Mars, self-multiplying, expressing itself by ever increasing change and complexity, the entire earth would be up in arms that life exists on Mars. The fact that the human conceptus has the genetic character fundamentally shared by all humans makes the human conceptus a human life. We will likely be debating the issue for a long time, but not because of a lack of scientific evidence. We will be debating it because "choicers" will continue to live in willful ignorance of science as they attempt to justify murder. Nice hammering with ya!
