Where did the cooked the books idea come from? I've seen nothing reported on this anywhere. If someone has a link...please share it here. It sounds absurd to me. With the new ruling (last week) by the FCC on sharing fiber in the same way as sharing copper, it could give NPNTQ a chance to get things together or be bought. JMHO
