Scott's working on it and has made it a high priority. Well, more accurately, he's riding the programmers about it and all involved know it's a top priority.
In this instance, I can personally attest that the problem isn't due to a sudden mess-up on our part, but has to do with a rug getting yanked from under us before we expected it, and as a result, it highlighted a design flaw when dealing with fonts. Rather than doing stop-gap measures, the programmers are fixing the design flaw "right" so they can be done with it and prevent this from happening in the future.
BTW, I don't know about everyone else, but I personally really appreciate Scott. He really does understand what we're all about and works tirelessly to do his best for all of us. He's a quick study, extremely motivated, and really cares about the site as much as I do.
Not saying anyone should cut him any slack, of course, but wanted to let you know I really think he's top-notch and will take care of us. Come to think of it, I might be offended if I see him getting more slack than I get. <g>
