If they consider abortion is truly murder, then they cannot allow it under any circumstances, including rape, incest or risk to the mother's life. Maybe if the mother were in imminent danger of death she could plead self-defense.

But if a rape victim can be forced to term against her will, then I think her rights to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness have been truly trashed.
