Lo siguiente proviene de el diario El Pais.

Chile también vivía una época inquieta y, según relatan fuentes de su entorno, Guzmán Tapia visitó al presidente socialista Salvador Allende después de su elección en 1970, para manifestarle su deseo de entrar al Poder Judicial. AFP
