llccman~ ...and many are off even more than than that!

"most OTC stocks are more than 50% off their March highs and everybody knows it. You don't realize it, but you are reinforcing how much of a bargain VALH is every time you mention that!"

2001 sure seems to be starting off a little better for the otcbb stocks. I thought I remembered you having a position in nite? Just curious, is that in you non-speculative portfolio or not? I have been in for only a few months and but am very happy with the rebound off its $13+ low to over $22 in the last few weeks. Now, there is an issue that was trading at a high of $60 and its on the Nasdaq.

No, 2000 was not a year that will be missed. Carnage everywhere. The reason I brought up nite, by the way, was not to substantiate further your claims that many stocks got beaten up last year (anyone who invests knows that --even rjm2--) rather nite was to remind me to mention to you that I use it to track the otcbb and market sentiment (right along with LB.1 for lumber)... since nite makes more money from otcbb trades and huge volume in general, I think the recent move in nite is a tip off of what is to come in the 2nd and 3rd qtrs. this year...

Valh will come into its own in good time. As it continues to acquire, as all good holding company's are known to do, things will fall into place and the rewards will be there.

I really like that Warren Buffet quote--
"We get paid to wait"

PS I think rjm has stepped over the line and will be sending off a terms of service violation and we'll see if if the site administrators agree. Maybe the site administrators will start watching his postings a little closer at the very least. Having had him on ignore seems to have allowed him to run off with his RB style of posting over here. SI has a better class of poster IMO but as they say it is best when self policed.

RJM if you are reading this you had best re-acquaint yourself with the terms of service... this is not the RB
