COURTENAY, British Columbia, Jan 30, 2001 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Kidstoysplus.com
Inc. (OTCBB:KTYP), a specialty toy retailer of collectible, hobby and toy
products is pleased to announce that it is expanding its retail and web product
marketing activities.

On or before March 1, 2001 Kidstoysplus.com will open a second retail location
in Campbell River, British Columbia. The new retail outlet will be located in
the Ironwood Mall and be approximately 900 square feet in size. The store will
carry a large sample of Kidstoysplus.com products represented on the company's
Internet web site. To allow customers access to the company's entire product
selection, the company intends to place a kiosk terminal in the store with full
access to the company's Internet web site.

In February 2001 the company intends to expand its web product marketing with
the opening of several online outlets. Currently the Company markets rare and
discontinued products on eBay Inc. (Nasdaq:EBAY) web site. In the coming days
the company intends to have established a retail web outlet on Yahoo! Inc.
(Nasdaq:YHOO). On Yahoo, the company will present a selection of 50 of its most
popular items.

In mid to late February 2001 the company intends to have established a retail
web outlet on Amazon.com (Nasdaq:AMZN). Situated under Amazon "zshops," the
company will present more then 500 of the most popular items sold over the
holiday season. Work has begun on this retail web project.

Amazon.com, eBay and Yahoo! receive a large number of visitors per month.
Kidstoysplus.com believes the added visibility of cross marketing products on
these popular Internet web sites will be a positive development.
