Hi HO-MEE, I thought a week was a long time <VBG>! Jesting aside, I want to pay due respect to you. You do what you think what is best for you. I, like many people, have a tendency to drag my feet. Well, there is no denying that the change of strategic plan is a big factor [of uncertainty.] However, a genuine analyst [vs the usual analists] will take into account of the quality of earning. So AMZN has huge # in revenue, big deal! The margin sucks! If INSP can bite the bullet and go after the high growth high margin biz, a 1/2 or 2 pain is well worth the price.

With regard to the analist response, there is a difference between the mgt change and ER. In the 1st situation, the analists were surprised like a deer staring into the headlite of a 18 wheeler. In the 2nd situation, they were ready to unload the six shooter! That makes the reversal of reaction so much more apparent

Epoch Partner seems to be a decent outfit. And its PR said everything you and I have come to know before. I certainly have no qualm it wants to be cautious, but please, it is not the 10 Commandmants, y'know <VBG>!

best, Bosco
