I believe the difference is only $27 MM, and the last two weeks (or the last month) of the years is very different than the last two weeks of September. Christmas accounts for more than 50% of all yearly profits of retailers (in some cases even more). Last, I suggested that there is still a $9 MM due to weakness in the OEM sector. If you wanted to be "religious" about it, youcould also point out that inventories in the last repoted period (excluding retail inventory) were possibly lower than usual. It all depends how much of the total inventory is truly "retail" inventory (product shipped to retailer and not booked as revenues).
