INSITE; S&P futures are trading at -2.2 with fair value about +2. Nasdaq futures are trading at -28.5. The Fed's FOMC meeting begins today and they will release their decision on interest rates tomorrow around 2:15pm ET. It is a two day meeting this time.

The market has priced in a 50 basis point cut in rates according to the Fed Funds futures. If we get that I think we could rally somewhat, assuming the Nasdaq does not get past 2900 before then. Anything less than 50 basis points and we will sell.
