Hi bosquedog - yes, but it will be short term pain, if the strategy works. Or, use the stk mkt as an analogy, let say one can buy a CD of 4 yrs with a 6% annual rate or one can buy a tech mutual fund which could lose as much as 25% in a short duration but would return as much as 12% annualized return in 4 yrs, which one has a better quality of earning for the person? Well, it depends on how risk aversive the person is, isn't it?

best, Bosco
