When factoring in the "assets" Northpoint has you have to make a judgement call on the Verizon lawsuit and damages that could be awarded to NPNT. Never really know how these things turn out? But the damage done to NPNT by Verizon pulling out has been significant. Possibly even $1 Billion significant based on NPNT's loss of value since the VZ fiasco started.

As far as the cooking the books reference a few posts back should be investigated by the SEC. There is no public evidence to support his statement.
