Uncle Frank: Once again Mr Market lumps "cell phone" stocks together. When Nokia is stumbling, it is ironic to see the Q go down. Perhaps this is due to slower start for the Q's GPRS offerings - not. Thought the "street" might have learned a bit from the last Q cc, but too much to expect it seems. Best. Chaz
