PSFT upgraded -PeopleSoft PSFT USB Piper Jaffray Buy (no target listed) ALSO a reiteration for EMBT and an upgrade - BEFORE earnings for MANH. EMBT had one pre earnings yesterday or Friday, hmmm maybe these guys are still getting info before us. Yep, I think so : )
