Thought this was interesting...most over my head, but I can get you a copy if you're interested. A network of protein-protein interactions in yeast December 2000 Nature Biotechnology Might be available free at systemsbiology.org Noticed that the Hybrigenics paper in Nature was even mentioned in the Jan 13th issue of The Economist! nature.com hybrigenics.com LSBC was one of the lock up companies that I was thinking about picking up on the cheap this winter, but it has had such a nice move, the wrong direction for me, before the Feb 5th expiration. Congrats! I don't actually understand any of this proteomics stuff, but it certainly is the buzz word in biotechland these days...there might be a way to make some money here (heh, looks like you already have made some money). The talking heads, tech fund managers and such, well, they usually bad mouth "platform companies", but platforms don't get killed at the FDA, so I try to poke around... LSBC Vcall is Feb 1st.
