Labrador: But "industry wide" misses the point.

Europe and GSM are one market.

Qualcomm and CDMA are a different market.

(Well, sure there is potential overlap and therefore comptetition and possible handset price pressure ((remember the Q sells no handsets though)) where GSM and CDMA are in the same geographic areas - but that is the exception not the norm)

But your point about possible affect on the Q's royalties over time is valid, yes.
