"Upon completion of extensive due diligence Mr. Radi intends to concentrate his efforts and energies on making this a world recognized, multi-billion dollar environmental company." Does this mean he sold Firmaplus before doing his due diligence? Does the deal depend upon his completion of DD? "The Company now has a profit". Since when? Is that an operating profit? Net profit? For what length of time? Smoke and mirrors, smoke and mirrors.
