KP,

NT has shown an uncanny ability to fail to execute - with the exception of 10G which fell into their laps because LU didnt' execute. I think Network World (I didn't read the article) is probably overstating the issue. Further to this, like OIE, this appears to be is another attempt by NT to price erode Cisco traditional markets. The point is NT isn't looking to take share - but simply to errode Cisco margins thereby hurting Cisco's ability to compete in NT's markets. This is a strategy NT tried when they bought Bay, then OIE, now this. Will this fail as well? I mean - how many times can these guys go to the same well. It seems to me that they should stand up and fight for market instead of trying to poison other markets. It's a terrible strategy... and it loses customer faith. Bottom line is NT will have significant difficulty in the enterprise for a long long time.... they've poisoned that well
