A major broker is out telling clients that CSCO may announce OS192 functionality for its core routers as soon as tomorrow, which would be a couple months ahead of schedule. Obviously they need to inject some good news into the marketplace to gloss over their "more than challenges." This broker tells us that this could have short-term negative impact on Avici and Juniper. We're not acting yet, still investigating, but wanted to pass this one. Long
