The 10% rule relates to 'significance' and is part of GAAP. If a segment comprises more than 10% of revenues, it would be considered 'significant' and should be disclosed.

As John H. stated, given that 'Other' isn't a single category but rather a catch-all, I doubt that anything in that category comes close to 5% of revenues, much less 10%.

One other thing to consider is that revenue classification is so easy to adjust that if a company does not want to disclose a portion of revenues as it gets closer to 10%, a lot of times things in the category just get reclassified. It is rather easy to do.
