Ish,
I will enquire around and see if I can get some answers/suggestions as the best way to help victims directly with most or all of your contribution reaching them. It is a good idea to know the best possible way to help. Personally, I have always prefered non governmental agencies just to ensure that most of the contribution reaches directly to the affected victims.
