Mucho,

I think you are missing the point that Cisco has been spending their cash from operations at a faster rate then they've been making it.... as an investment in the future. This practice was short term I suspect as Cisco entered new markets - like optical. So, once this comes into line (reduced inventories, slower pace of acquisitions, smaller acquisitions, reduced G&A, etc.) then cash flows from recurring operations will shoot up signficantly. However, I see your point wrt to cash from tax benefits. I don't believe this will be a major impact however... JMO
