They believe there is no right to privacy to be found in the Constitution. The line of cases leading to Roe started with forced sterilization cases and contraceptive cases. If there is no right of privacy than I don't see how those cases stand either. I do not think the travel cases that overturned segregation are justified by the constitution either- but I am glad they were decided the way they were. I hope the feds continue to protect a woman's right to choose to abort/kill/whatever her fetus as her conscience decides. I wish the religious right would go after people abusing already born children. There is plenty of that to go around.
