A friend just told me about MIOA and recent turnaround in earnings. However, I'm concerned that stock price didn't jump on that news. Past experience tells me something's funny about the "turnaround". It appears the number of shares has quadrupled in the past year, presumably from Reg S issuance from what I'm reading. My question is whether cash flow is positive; with positive earnings cash flow is usually positive, but when it isn't a BIG red flag is raised as far a the quality of the earnings. (More Reg S issuanace to pay the bills, etc.) Does anyone know the cash flow answer?
