A.J.: Good questions, and I would like to piggyback one more question on top of yours, in case someone knows the answer. I've asked it before, with no response. What about the cost of the fuel? Might not it be cheaper to be less efficient on inexpensive fuel, than somewhat more efficient on much more expensive fuel?
