Hank, I did not "forecast" a recession this year, and I still think that if consumer confidence is not shattered, all we will get is a sharp inventory correction without two consecutive quarters of negative GDP growth. By harping about a recession from the top of the administration (something I have not seen any President do before) a direct hit to consumer confidence is imparted which could convert a simple inventory correction into a full fledged recession. I agree with you that I forecasted a week market since last April independently of whom win the elections, but a recession could get the matters even worst than I thought. Zeev
