Then your definition is as wrong as your denials. I am a Republican but, I do support a women's right to choose. Blows a big hole in your arguments. I support drug prevention programs that work and not those that simply line the pockets of the agency and patients go through the motions but, prevention rarely occurs. And I support the reform of Social Security to a program more like 401k and away from the pay as you go ponzi scheme it is today. Ditto for Medicare and its cousin Medicaid.

These programs have high administration costs (how we can bring this down is not exactly clear but there are possibilities) and lowest common denominator outcomes. Furthermore, malpractice and it's cousin tort liability lawsuits, must be reformed to spend more to fix the problems while reducing the administration costs (lawyer fees, court costs, etc.). Perhaps where fixing the problem (remedial medical care, etc. comes before any lawyer fees, pain and suffering, etc.) and reporting have large incentives, stigmatas and peer derision are reduced while true incompetence, criminal acts, and secrecy are removed.

Let's us discuss ways to fix these problems and not point fingers. It gets little done but, explode tempers.
