"I am most puzzled by cingular's approach. The CEO was on CNBC yesterday. He said their approach is about "expressing yourself"? What exactly is that in wireless telecom terms?" Not sure if you've seen them, but Cingular ran a number of commercials during the Super Bowl, some of the most lame I've seen in a long time... As a for instance, one is of a middle aged white guy, in a white t-shirt and black pants up against a white background who dances around while some uplifting music from "Peter and the Wolf" plays in the background. He flails around for a while, does a bit of breakdancing, then some announcer comes on and says something about Cingular, which was so nondescript I can't for the life of me remember what it was. All I remember is thinking, "Dang, what a stupid commercial for a cellular company...". So at least they're consistent in their message... DWB
