My broker suggested the trade seemed to be a favourable cross; the bid from Mcdermid was only up for a short period before the sale - this suggests paper is moving from old to new hands, common to similar co's in the biz.

In my opinion, speculating on the fundamental reasons behind trades and reasons for anything more or less a 20% price fluctuation, due to the nature of KRL, will prove too onerous for most shareholders outside the insider realm who own a stock that will be in a constant state of flux for many a moon.

I can provide numerous reasons for this; but l prefer that we don't spend to much time analysing specific trades rather that we focus more on issues of geology, finance and corporate developments which is of upmost importance to krl at this early stage and will surely have more of an impact on your current postion in the mid term.
