I am being made aware of my saying that simply because if that is my reply, he announces, "but mom 'because' isn't a reason!!!"

I fully and sincerely believe that my kids are a lot smarter than I was at their age. In fact, some of the subjects they are taking are over my head now. My oldest daughter next year will take AP Calculus, her senior year in high school. She must get it from her mom.

I have heard people say kids are getting dumber. At the risk if being politically incorrect, it must be the city kids.
