Hi Bryan,

From what I can determine, the possible consolidation is only tentative. As you note, it would probably be for meeting the share value for NASDAQ.

Depending on how well the company progresses over the next couple of months, I believe that they will decide which way to go. I don't like the idea of consolidation but I do like the idea of NASDAQ.

I believe that the company is just getting all its ducks lined up for a good year.
